Phone Tracking
PatientScout’s call tracking (standard) and call recording (optional) services allow you to see the effectiveness of your portal through tracking conversions and leads. These services can also help improve front office productivity.

Each patient portal comes equipped with a special call- tracking number that records such information as the incoming phone number and length of a call. It also has a special feature that signals the PatientScout system to disregard short, erroneously-made calls from your reports. Upon request, the call recording feature can be activated to monitor the content and quality of patient leads being sent to the site. The phone number is routed to your regular practice phone so that patients and staff are connected seamlessly.
